Isn’t it a beautiful thing that we can lead many lives within one lifetime? I am a Maritime Archaeologist by career, and a PhD candidate at Leiden University (technically still on hiatus). Then a family emergency forced a revaluation of my priorities in life as I became a full-time caretaker—the biggest tragedy & blessing of my life. After witnessing what becomes truly important during the last moments of someone’s life, I changed my daily actions and goals towards creating connection and acting with love towards those that inspired love within me.

As I shifted from my career as a scholar, it was the first time I’d ever had space in my life to examine how I wanted to spend my energy. I ended up opening an underwater yoga business SirenYoga™- the world's first & only fully submerged wellness program. I was just gaining momentum when the pandemic hit...

While this time was been challenging for myself (and the world), it turned out to be another huge blessing because, once again, I saw how transformational the power of love was in combating the epidemic of loneliness and isolation we had to go through collectively but separately. As the world shut down, I was given space once again, and this is where my next transmission began. Through my Love, Sex & Relationship VITA Coaching certification, I began releasing years of walls and blockages around my heart, body & mind, all while learning to coach and mentor others on their journeys. It seemed easy to lead with love towards others, but receiving self-love was deep conditioning I had to learn. Getting super clear on who I am at my highest, most-aligned self so that others can truly see me was a big breakthrough in my journey.

At the same time as pandemic isolation started, I ventured onto the dating apps as a means of distraction. After swiping left on the hundredth+ bathroom selfie, it became clear that a majority of profiles needed help. I got so discouraged because it felt like people just didn’t seem to care what they put up. However, I quickly realized the reality was that users simply don’t have a roadmap for dating profile success. In a fast-swiping digital world, first impressions matter, and most people aren’t used to marketing themselves (and often don’t have a deep understanding of their best qualities). Being familiar with that challenge myself, I have since made it my mission to help bridge the profile-gap for others seeking sex, love & relationships. I am continually learning more about love every day. What a gift this life has given me! Our society needs every ounce of social & intimate connections that we can create IRL, and I want to be part of the re-love-olution <3
